Comments: Clean, comfortable accomadation within close walk of harbour area. Would definately use again. Shame about the fire alarm at 4am

Comments: The accomodation was great. Only slight down point for me was that I arrived at 6 pm, the reception had a sign to say it was open until 9pm- however this was locked and took about 5 minutes of me knocking on the door to get in. Then there was no apology. Otherwise everything was great and I will be using it again.

From time to time the reception team do need to leave the desk to help guests with otrher things but they should put a sign up to tell you they will be back shortly and a contact number. I was glad to see that you will return however and look forward to welcoming you back.
